distributors around the globe by appointing reliable organizations with whom we
can work closely in developing long and mutually beneficial business relationships.
To enable us to select the most suitable distributors in each available territory,
it is important that all potential distributors complete sections 1 - 4 (below)

and services, office locations, company registration number and number of personnel
employed.
